The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for 2 each Downconverter, 0.5-8 GHz Input Range, 1 GHz Output Center frequency with 500 MHz of Instantaneous BW, 2 each Single Channel Block Downconverter Output frequency range is 8-12.75 Ghz, 1 each Single Channel Block Upconverter, Output frequency range is 13.75-14.5 GHz, 1 each Block Upconverter, 29-30 GHz output frequency range, 1 each Block Upconverter, 30-31 GHz output frequency range. Additional specifications and opening and closing dates will appear in the RFQ. Simplified procurement procedures will be used for this acquisition per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.
