This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. The solicitation number is 60-10MR-1375a, assigned for tracking purposes only, and is issued as a Request for Quotes. No other solicitation will be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-44. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334519.

MSHA seeks vendors that can provide the following:

1. Part number 5NP-DL-110 - 32 5 pack - Noisepro DL 5 Pack Dosimeter Kit.  Each kit contains: (5) NoisePro DL dosimeters with (5) Type 2 pendant microphones, (5) WS_NP_T @ windscreens, 53-884 calibrator adapter, 53-857 infrared serial computer cable, QC-10 Calibrator and 56-875 Watertight storage.

Any questions are due by 5:00 pm, Wednesday, August 25, 2010. Questions not received by this deadline may not be considered. Answers to all questions will be posted to FBO as soon as possible after this date, but in sufficient time for final quote to be prepared and submitted.

Shipping must be FOB destination CONUS, which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination.

Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database before an award can be made to them. If the offeror is not registered in the CCR, it may do so through the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov.

ORCA Requirement - Company must be registered on Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered with ORCA, they may do so by going to ORCA web site at https://orca.bpn.gov.
