This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued.  The solicitation number is # FA301620U0035 and is issued as a RFQ.  This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 and DFARS change notice 20190628.   This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns.  The NAICS code is 337121 and the size standard is 1,000 employees.  This is a requirement for Dormitory Chairs as indicated below.
