This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01 (effective 20 Dec 2018). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 442110 and the small business size standard is $20.5 Million.

CLIN 0001 - Recliner Chairs

The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, and necessary services, to deliver and assemble one-hundred fifty (150) recliner chairs.

Specifications: Winston Porter Alaya Manual Rocker Recliner (Part # W000565172) or Equal

Pertinent Information
• Recliners must have an extensive Warranty for defects in material or workmanship greater than 2 years. Also repair, replacement or supply replacement parts options.
Contractor must submit an image to include dimensions of a proposed "or equal" product.
• Delivery, installation and disposal services are requested for three buildings. The buildings consist of three floors each. The number of recliners being installed in each dorm will vary. There are multiple stairwells to allow installation in all three dorms.
• Contractor is fully liable for any damages that occur to the facility and surrounding grounds during the delivery, installation and disposal services. Any damages will be recorded and reported. During the moving in, assembly, placement of items and removal of shipping materials, careful attention must be shown no to destroy or damage the items, its components or lose smaller parts and hardware required for reassembly.
• The contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing if, during inspection and/or performance of work, additional funds are needed. The contractor shall not complete any other items outside the Scope of Work unless provided written authorization by the Contracting Officer.
• Clean Up: Any debris and/or trash shall be removed from the installation site prior to the contractor completing the work.

- FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items;
