Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all items necessary, except those specified as government furnished, to cleaning, oiling, adjusting, replacement of parts when necessary due to fair wear and tear, and keeping appliances in working order that meets or exceeds the manufacturer's specifications. The contractor shall initiate action for repairs within 24 hours of service call. Service calls shall be made from 0730-1600 Monday through Friday except holidays observed at the government installation. Base performance period for this contract is 1 Oct 11 through 30 Sep 12 with 4 option years.
