This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. 

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide the 82d TRW with 1,350 twin XL linen sets to include one mattress sack/pad, two flat sheets, one wool blanket, one bed spread (may substitute a comforter for one blanket or bedspread), one pillow, and one pillowcase at Sheppard AFB, Texas. Additionally, the vendors shall include pricing for four (4) additional 500-set options. If the base quantity and all options are exercised, total quantity would be 3,350 sets.

The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The applicable NAICS code is 314120, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for Small Business concerns. 

The solicitation number is # FA302021Q0069 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302021Q0069, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
