The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL intends to award a sole source contract to Rodco-Brandt for the supply of dorm desks and hutches for the MAFB's Officer Training School (OTS) to be delivered 30 days ARO.  This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  This will be a firm-fixed price contract.  If there are other businesses that can provide the same style and finish of the dorm's desk and hutch currently in place, they must respond to this notice before 1200 hrs ( Central Time) on 28 June 2010. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract will be awarded to Rodco-Brandt 600  S. 2nd Ave., Mansfield, TX 76063.  The POC of this notice is Ernesto Chaves, 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-5948.
