The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) intends to solicit Teledyne RD Insturments on a sole source basis to perform repair actions necessary to return the Workhorse 300KHz Doppler Velocity Logger to full operational status. Teledyne RD Instruments is the manufacturer of this item and the only person qualified to properly repair it. The repaired item will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018
