CITY OF LAWRENCE INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Lawrence’s Office of Planning and Development (Awarding Authority) invites sealed bids for the Donovan Park Renovations project in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Lawrence,Lemon Brooke Landscape Architects and CSI Engineering. Sealed Bids, marked SEALED BID- DONOVAN PARK RENOVATIONS will be received until 10:00 a.m. June 21, 2023 at City Council Chambers at Lawrence City Hall, 200 Common Street, Lawrence, MA01840, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. The scope of work includes: Installation of asphalt paths, amenity lawn, cast in place concrete curb, cast in place concrete walls, electrical infrastructure / pathway lights, playground, playground safety surface, and site amenities. A non-mandatory site walk is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. June 14, 2023. Interested bidders seeking further information about the project are encouraged to visit the site and submit questions to the city.
