The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with eMag Solutions, LLC.; 3495 Piedmont Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 for the purpose of funding software program license renewals. Based on market research, and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this license renewal can be facilitated to eMag Solutions, LLC due to proprietary and configuration access.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
