This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 315210 and the size standard is 750 employees. Solicitation number W912PQ-19-Q-9015 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03, effective 12 Jul 2019.
