The purpose of this sources sought is to determine if there is any software or software as a service (SaaS) in the marketplace that can meet the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) requirements for a domain intelligence software. The AOUSC requires a piece of software that can interact with our current Security Incident and Event Manager (SIEM) tool and be able to provide information on domains visited on the internet by providing a security risk score for the domain along with contextual information that can be utilized by analysts. Please see the attached requirements list for more details.
If you believe your product can meet some or all of these requirements, please respond by filling out the attached requirements spreadsheet and returning it by email before October 14, 2019 at 6pm ET to the Contracting Officers (COs) listed above. Please include both COs on your email submission.
Also, please provide additional information on how the software or SaaS solution is licensed and if your company sells or has resellers on various Federal IT Government Wide Acquisition Contracts or Federal Supply Schedules, such as NASA SEWP or GSA.
Do not include any general marketing material. The AOUSC is not interested in general marketing information but rather specific information on what software is currently available and is capable of meeting the requirements outlined in the attached document.
