The Department of Labor, Office of the Secretary Procurement Executive  has a requirement for painting and repairs are necessary to maintain the upkeep of the building in support of the Mine Safety and Administration (MSHA), Mine Simulation Laboratory and Academy.

Service Description

This procurement is to clean, make necessary repairs, prepare the surface, remove and replace two (2) light transmitting wall panels located on the upper portion of two sides of the building, and paint the exterior metal of the Mine Simulation Laboratory (Bldg. K) and clean and paint other designated high exterior concrete areas of the Academy (Bldg. A).
