HOOD NATIONAL FOREST NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE DOE REOFFER 2020 SALE Bids Due 10:00 am, September 16, 2020 INVITATION TO BID The Doe Reoffer 2020 Sale is located within Sections 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 36, T.6S. R.6E.; Sections 29, 30, 31, 32, T.6S. R.7E; Sections PB42 T.7S. R.7E, W.M., Surveyed, Clackamas County, OR. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids with no public bid opening at Mt. Hood National Forest Headquarters, 16400 Champion Way, Sandy, Oregon at 10:00 AM local time on 09/16/2020 for an estimated volume of 5255 CCF of Doug las-fir and Western Red Cedar sawtimber, and 1047 CCF of Western Hemlock and Other Coniferous Species sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an estimated volume of 635 CCF of All Coniferous Species Grn Bio Cv that the bidder agrees to remove at a fixed rate. In addition, there is within the sale area an unestimated volume of All Species Grn Bio Cv that the bidder may agree to remove at a fixed rate. Sale contains specified roads with an estimated public works construction cost of $171,098.31. Bidders qualifying as small business concerns under the Small Business Act may, when submitting a bid, elect for the Forest Service to build permanent roads.
