The purpose of amendment 1 is to:

1. Revise attachment J2 DoD IAC PMO Sections L&M Final.
2. Provide answers to questions received.
3. NOTE: L1.2 PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS, was amended.

Thank you for your continued interest in the DoD IAC PMO. In order to limit the impact on proposal development and timely submission of proposal volumes, questions received after, 8 January 2020, may not be answered by the Government prior to the solicitation suspense dates previously established for proposal volumes.

Department of Defense Information Analysis Center Program Management Office scope includes performing research activities to support the DoD S&T community including Combatant Commands (CCMDs) in providing solutions to their urgent capability needs and maintaining awareness of the technology landscape.
