This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for documentation on the Yakutat Bay beluga whale status per the attached statement of work in the request for quotes RFQ NMFS AKR-10-0802-1G prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13. This procurement is subject to full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541690. This is a simplified acquisition estimated value not to exceed $100,000.00.

Contractor services are to provide NOAA Fisheries Alaska Region documentation on the Yakutat Bay beluga whale status. Specifically to identify and document the Yakutat beluga whale visual observations with acoustic recordings per the attached statement of work (SOW).
