This procurement has been deemed as a 100% Small Business Set-aside Request for Quotation (RFQ). The assigned NAICS is 334515 with a size standard of 750 employees. This requirement is being solicited as a commercial item acquisition prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 12 and 13. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated and only new equipment will be accepted.
