The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Sole Source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Doble Engineering to provide the M4000 Test set.  Doble Engineering is the only provider for this type of equipment and analysis programs.  This is not a request for quotations (RFQ).  Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
