The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis Repair of Doble Circuit Breaker Analyzer.  The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.  Capability statements must be received within 5 business days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements.
