Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAMDPD)
intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Predator Software, Inc. of Beaverton,
Oregon, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one
source reasonably available. This requirement is for an expansion to the current Direct
Numerical Control (DNC) network.
This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in
accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the
attached solicitation. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912NW-17-T-0054 and
is attached to this announcement.
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify
their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes.
The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 and has a size standard of $38.5.
Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Circulars Defense Acquisition
are included in the attached solicitation. The Government will consider all responses received
prior to the closing date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A determination by the
Government not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely
within the discretion of the Government. Responses will be considered solely for the purpose of
