This purchase is for one (1) HD2 CHIP CHIP Promoter Tiling Array HG18 Deluxe Promoter HX1, Cat Design# C7291-00-01. This item is required in order to support ongoing research and for continuity of the research project for DNA microarray for chromatin immunoprecipitation assays and representation of specific regions of the human genome in microarray format. The following are required features: Array size must equal 17.4mm x 13mm, arrays must be synthesized in-situ on a standard 1-inch x 3-inch microscope slide, array synthesis shall have flexibility to allow synthesis of arrays with probe lengths of 45mer up to 85mer, and arrays must be synthesized utilizing a maskless photolithography method.
