The National Institutes on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institutes on Mental Health (NIMH) has a requirement for a DNA Analysis Beadchips Kit. The chips will be used to process 8 DNA samples at over 2,500,000 loci. One (1) of analysis beadchip 8 samples and 2,500,000 loci with 2 beadchips detecting 16 samples; One (1) of analysis beadchip 8 samples and 2,500,000 loci with 6 beadchips detecting 48 samples; Three (3) of analysis beadchip 8 samples and 2,500,000 loci with 12 beadchips detecting 96 samples; One (1) LCG upgrade kit containing 24 glass pieces and one box of 500 spacers for preparing LCG beachips; Four (4) Okni LCG Robotic tip guide kits including robot hardware.
Offerors will be evaluated on their ability to meet technical specifications.
Offerors will also be evaluated on best value in relation to price.
Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer.
