The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) 47123 Buse Rd, Patuxent River, MD 20670, intends to negotiate a sole source task order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-14-G-0021 with Rockwell Collins, Inc., 3200 East Renner Rd, Richardson, TX 75082 for logistics in-service support, out of production support, and supply support required to proactively manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) for the E-6B High Power Transmit System (HPTS) and the Internet Protocol Bandwidth Expansion Phase 4 (IPBE Phase 4).  DMSMS management is essential to sustain, maintain, and bolster the operational readiness level of the E-6B aircraft.   The planned period of performance is from 1-July-2014 to 1-July-2015.
