RFQ Due Date/Time: 2:00 P.M., EST, January 30, 2012

Description of Work: TestComplete V.8 and TestExecute V.8 Floating Licenses as per Statement of Work in page 5 of 28 of the attached Request for Proposal. Period of Performance shall be 12 months from date of award.
Accounting and Appropriation Data: The Administrative Office and Accounting Data will be specified at time of award. Payment will be made by Government Purchase Card (GPC). The Government request Offerors to sate in their quote if GPC payment is acceptable against the resulting order.

Quote:

Price: This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract using NAICS code 423430. Please provide a complete quote including: CAGE code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), business size, Central Contractor Registration status. Discounted rates are highly encouraged and appreciated. Offers from other than the SmartBear Software authorized resellers must include a capability statement with their proposal addressing their ability to provide the specific licenses. Offerors from other than the SmartBear Software authorized resellers who fail to submit a capability statement will not be evaluated. Partial proposals will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will incur no cost associated with the preparation of the quote.

Submit proposal on or before the date and time indicated in RFP Due Date/Time above. Proposals submitted after this date/time will not be considered.

Other Information:
It is requested that you submit a pricing in response to the attached statement of work (SOW).

Proposal must be good for 30 days after due date. Proposal per specifications requested. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any proposal preparation costs. POC for this RFP is Hector E Monge at [email protected]. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.

Basis for AWARD: Government will award with the lowest price, technically acceptable quote based on specifications provided and that can meet the delivery schedule.
