The TKO Seminar is an introduction for vendors on how to start doing business with DLA. Subject matter experts will inform vendors how to find open solicitations, how to submit a quote through the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS), quoting process, the procedures for viewing and downloading drawings, and how to use Wide Area Workflow (WWAF) to get paid, etc.
