This is the synopsis for the Turbine Fuel, Aviation, Thermally Stable Grade (JPTS) (NSN: 9130-005-512-264) procurement. A Sources Sought Notice for this requirement was previously publicized on August 7th, 2020.

The total estimated requirement for the Purchase Program 2.6a is 11,500,000 USG for the base year and all three, one year option periods. The annual estimated requirement is 2,875,000 USG per year. The base period of performance is April 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022.   The three, one year option periods are: April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023 (Option 1); April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 (Option 2); and April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 (Option 3). The methods of delivery will be by tank truck, barge, and railway car. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1.
