The DLA Disposition Services intends to issue a 100% small business set-aside Request for Quotations (RFQ) for providing preventative maintenance and repairs for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to meet the requirements of their mission to support the war fighter at DLA Disposition Services Tucson, Arizona. The main focus of the contract is for a contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, repair parts, oil, grease, filters, etc., to perform a timely and effective preventive maintenance (PM), and remedial service calls for repair service when required. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires the contractor to comply with 100% use of Bio-based products / materials in accordance with Section 9002 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 (FSRIA), Executive Order (EO) 13423, "Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management," and the Federal Acquisition Regulation in the execution of the resulting contract. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 811310. The planned result of this solicitation is that a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), non-personal services contract will be awarded providing for a twelve month base period, with 2 twelve month option periods. Offerors shall submit a quote for the total contract price on all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) of the entire Bid Schedule. Offeror quotes determined to be responsive and responsible will be evaluated on the total contract price compared to the total contract price of the other responsible Offerors. Price will not be numerically scored, but it will be fully evaluated using price analysis techniques.
