This project is located on the Medicine Bow-Routt National Forests and is located west of Saratoga, Wyoming. The project can be accessed from Saratoga by traveling west on Carbon County Road 500 for approximately 29 miles to the junction with NFSR 452. Travel approximately 7 miles on NFSR 452 to the Junction with NFSR 830 where the sale area begins. Timber Sale units are situated along both sides of the 13 mile road. The project is located in T15N R86W, in sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 30; T15 N R87W sections 25, 26, 27, 28 and 33 and T14N R87W sections 4, 9, 16, 17 and 18 in the 6th P.M., Carbon County, Wyoming.
• Hazard trees will be felled, limbed, and skidded in the cutting units, with associated slash work completed (see Appendix A);
• Timber harvest and removal and related work (see Appendix B);
• Road Maintenance T-Specifications (see Appendix C)
(b) Resulting Contract - Any resultant contract will be a commercial services contract with requirements for timber removal.
(c) Project Location - The project is located in T15N R86W, in sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 30; T15 N R87W sections 25, 26, 27, 28 and 33 and T14N R87W sections 4, 9, 16, 17 and 18 in the 6th P.M., Carbon County, Wyoming.
