Diver Inspection of GST's and other tanks listed. Cleaning of the tanks using floor vacuum / pump. Typically in the past, debris cleaned has been classified as minor amount. Bids should be broken down by WTP. As example there should be 3 quotes provided (1 - WTP 1, 1- WTP 2, 1- WTP 3). WTP 1 has a 2.5 million gallon Crom GST , 1.0 million gallon steel GST, 1 - 100,000 gallon clear well, 1-200,000 gallon clearwell. / WTP 2 has 1 - 2.0 million gallon Crom GST and 1 chlorine contact chamber / WTP 3 has 1 - 2.0 million gallon Crom GST, 1 - chlorine contact chamber - prints and or drawings are attached to this request. Onsite visits are allowed Monday - Friday (holidays not included) 8am - 2pm. Please call Donnie Holcomb @ 386-986-2344 or 386-931-8937 to arrange site visits. All 3 WTPs are requested for pricing although depending on price will determine what plants will be awarded. Service is wanted to be completed by March 1, 2024. Final reports must be reviewed and signed by a Florida Licensed Engineer.
