This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought.

Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of contractors to provide Repair and Support for DIT-MCO Test Consoles. Work shall include repair and return of DIT-MCO parts, upgrade of unsupportable (out of date) components, providing technical support to Letterkenny personnel, supplying and shipping ordered parts to Letterkenny, as well as conducting on-site installation and/or support services as needed.

Upon review of industry response to this Sources Sought Notice, the Government will determine whether to solicit on a sole source basis, whether to set-aside the acquisition, or compete on a full and open basis.

All contractors interested in supplying the requested parts may indicate their interest in this potential acquisition by providing responses that should include:
(1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, small business.

(2) Proof of repair experience of DIT-MCO test consoles.

(3) Indication of which North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts.

For the purposes of this notice, the NAICS code is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The small business size standard is $20.5 million.
