This agreement is for the replacement of five bridges utilizing BOF Funds (Bridge Off-System Funds) located in District 12. The scope of work for each bridge will consist of full designs (PE, FD, RW, Utility and Services During Construction) for the replacement of the following structures: SR 4016 over Redstone Creek - Fayette County SR 2047 over Little Ten Mile Creek - Washington County SR 3011 over Hargus Creek - Greene County SR 2008 over Dunkard Creek - Greene County SR 3009 over Buffalo Creek #1 - Washington County.
