Lincoln Electric System is seeking bidders to submit bids to provide line clearance services on select distribution circuits (as described in Section 2.1.1) to provide clearance for energized facilities. The scope shall include tree pruning, tree removal, brush removal and disposal. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Services Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
