The Department of Energy is suspending all actions related to the disposition of the excess nickel addressed in a special notice released on October 18, 2002 (and revised on January 21, 2003), via the Department?s Industry Interactive Procurement System. This suspension will remain in effect pending completion of the DOE's Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for the Disposition of Scrap Metals.
