The Wilmington Center is located at 9 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at the facility on Wednesday, Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 10:00am (EST). This solicitation is open to contractors under NAICS Code #333318 - Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. Bids will be due on Thursday, Thursday, October 15, 2015, 2:00pm (EST).   The Construction Bid Package (CBP) outlines requirements under this solicitation.
