The BGAN RAS service offers a dedicated "direct connect" IP network path which will connect Inmarsat's ground segment network to the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN).

This requirement will include the development, installation, testing, and deployment of the direct connect service between the DISA theater and the appropriate Inmarsat terrestrial network. Supporting network operations and sustainment for the direct connect service, as well as assisting with network training and troubleshooting will be required.
