This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-10-T-0006, Request for Quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334512; size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns.

The Connecticut Air National Guard requires the installation of a Direct Digital Controls (DDC) HVAC system for Buildings 16, 17, 19, and 77 on Bradley Air National Guard Base, 100 Nicholson Road, East Granby, CT 06026-9309. The Government requires a solution that is durable, reliable, economical, and energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the installation of a DDC HVAC system and Smart Meters at Bradley ANG Base. CTANG requests that the new meters and software are compatible with the current base network infrastructure and Automated Logic (brand name) Digital Data Control System currently installed on this facility. See Statement of Work (SOW) for more details regarding this requirement.

This solicitation is a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Selection". All proposals will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. Please see attached document for details of requirements.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered.
