The Division of Occupational Safety and Health - California Occupational Safety and Health Program Process Safety Management Unit (CalOSHA PSM) is a state government agency whose function is to enforce California Code of Regulations Title 8 relating to the health and safety of employees working in petroleum refineries and chemical facilities covered under the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations. The purpose of this "Invitation for Bid" (IFB) is to seek a training provider on specific API, ASME & ANSI/ASME Standards. The training will be in-person to be conducted in California with an option for each module to be delivered online due to in-person training restrictions.
