The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids to furnish Diplomas and Diploma Covers for the use of The School Board of Brevard County, Florida (School Board). The intent of this bid is to secure firm fixed pricing and select multiple bidders to provide diplomas and cases to be used on an as needed basis. The performance of awarded bidders shall be in accordance with the terms of the specifications and with the quality standards of service set forth within the attached documents.
