Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) in accordance with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved source(s) or their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1).
For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Numbered Items) and Procurement Note M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror's requirements and will be included in the solicitation.
This NSN will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. A base period of one (1) year and two (2) 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed three (3) years are anticipated.
Estimated Annual Quantity: 462 EA (base year)
Price breaks from 23 EA up to 693 EA will be included in the Base Year and each of the 2 Option years of the solicitation.

Ship-To Address: Shipping instructions shall be provided with individual delivery orders. Material ordered under the terms of this contract shall be delivered within 30 days after the date of the order. Notwithstanding any other provisions/clauses of this contract, no deliveries shall be made prior to issuance of delivery order (DD Form 1155).
This solicitation is an RFQ and will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around July 29,2022. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and must be downloaded from the internet site above. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of the offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and socioeconomic factors as described in the solicitation.
