The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, tools, labor, supplies, materials, supervision, and services necessary to operate a shuttle service for visitors in Dinosaur National Monument between the Quarry Visitor Center (hereafter referred to as the QVC) and the Quarry Exhibit Hall (hereafter referred to as the QEH). The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified) to perform the service in accordance with the statement of work.
