Amendment 1 - Solicitation

The solicitation for Schofield Barracks and Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) Services is now amended to include the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) in effect, to include an easier to read copy of Technical Exhibit 5 - Weekend Schedule, to revise PWS Paragraph 3.2, to revise FAR Clause 52.222-42, to revise Addendum to 52.212-1, to revise unit of issue for SLIN 0004AB, to change PSC Code to S203 Housekeeping - Food, to include a copy of sample schedule for NCOA, to correct "Technical Exhibit 2- Historical Workload and to include a "Questions & Answers" segment.   Pay special attention due to system errors the soliciation amendment, the CBA, Technical Exhibit 1a and Technical Exhibit 5 will be uploaded as four (4) separate attachments.  The CBA is included as "Attachment 1 - CBA" , sample schedule for NCOA is included as "Technical Exhibit 1a-Sample Schedule NCOA" and the weekend schedule is included as "Technical Exhibit 5 - Weekend Schedule".

The proposal deadline has not changed at this time and remains 22-February-2016 by 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
