The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award BAE Systems Electronic Systems a sole-source, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Delivery Order under Solicitation N0001917G0013- N0001918F5002. BAE will provide the necessary support to satisfy existing DMS requirements within the RFCM system. This Delivery Order is planned to have a 24 month period of performance with an anticipated award date of June 2018.

These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. BAE Systems is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the RFCM. As such, it is the only responsible source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to meet the Government's requirement.
