GE Healthcare will be providing a Vivd 7 Dimension Ultrasound system, Quantity: 2. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 11 September 2008 with an estimated amount of $276,210. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
