The Library of Congress intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this procurement process by responding to RFP LCFDL11R7900-FEDLINK Preservation Services, for the provision of preservation digitization services adhering to federal agency digitization guidelines on behalf of FEDLINK customer, Library of Congress (LOSI). FEDLINK services are used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
