1. Can contracting confirm whether the revised SOW entirely replaces the original SOW or are the original requirements still in place in addition to the current SOW? 

The new SOW replacing the previous SOW from the originally posted RFQ.

2. Section 9.0 Assumptions reads "DFAS Limestone will qualify for a connection to the commercial ISP, that bypasses the GIG waiver because Limestone will ensure it meets the criteria listed..." We understand this to mean that the PC running digital signage will be connected to the internet? This would be required in order to pull in live feeds such as weather.

 The digital signage system will have an internet connection for running updates to the PC, and could be used to pull live feeds.  There will also be  a cable television line that needs to be in place to display news, weather, etc.

3. Is DFAS open to use a cloud based digital signage application for uploading/editing content to their digital signage network?

We DO NOT want anything cloud based or WIFI as part of this system.
