The following clarifications are being posted in response to FA2517-09-T-6002:

1. Would this be a graphic intense enviroment?
a. Yes, IAW 1.1.3 and 1.1.4 of the PWS

2. Is stapling / collating / booklet-making required?
a. Yes, IAW 1.1.3 of the PWS

3. Is hole punch required?
a. Yes, IAW 1.1.3 of the PWS

4. Is additional paper capavity (i.e paper-deck with 3,500 sheet capacity) required?
a. Yes, IAW 1.1.3 of the PWS (minimum of 4,000 sheets, multiple size standard & non-standard paper)

5. Is Universal Send required - to electronically send documents from the digital press?
a. Documents are only sent electronically to the digital press, not from it.

6. Is Hard Drive Encryption software required?
a. Any encrypted software proposed must be in compliance with paragraph 1.1 or the PWS.

7. Is separate stand alone input device (scanner) required?
a. Yes, IAW 1.1.3 and 1.1.5 of the PWS

8. Is 60 page Saddle Stitching on the Finisher required if the included Binder is capable of 200 sheets?
a. No, IAW 1.1.3 and 1.1.7 of the PWS. These are separate processes.

9. Is 12.72 X 18.9" an acceptable image size?
a. No, IAW 1.1.3. Full size 13" x 19" capability is required to reduce the number of jobs currently done on a 60" poltter because the finished size slightly exceeds the current 12" x 18" capability.

10. Is 1.5mm offset acceptable on duplex printing?
a. No, IAW 1.1.3 of the PWS, near zero offset on duplexing is required
