The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Beartrap program, has a requirement for the following products: 1GHZ, 5 GS/S., 10M record length, 4CH color display digital phosphor oscilloscope, p/n:DPO4104, qty 4 ea; embedded serial triggering &analysis module for DPO4000 series, p/n: DPO4EMBD, qty 4 ea; TEKPROBE-BNC adapter, p/n: TPA-BNC, qty 8 ea;manual, tech service, DPOO4000 series, English, p/n: 071184400, qty 4 ea; Offline audio distortion analysis module (with no add-on dongle), p/n: RSAVU 10, qty 4 ea and Offline modulation analysis module (with no add-on dongle) p/n: RSAVU 21, qty 4. These items are spare test instrumentation components for systems already installed on fleet aircraft. Tektronix is the only known authorized distributor for the supporting materials. In order to remain in compliance with system uniformity (form, fit and function) these units need to be procured. The Government intends to negotiate with Tektronix on an other than full and open competitive basis to procure these items.
