The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Carahsoft Technology Corporation for Verdasys, Inc., Digital Guardian Linux Server Agents Software, Digital Guardian Windows Server Software Agents and one year Full Support. The proposed award is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Carahsoft Technology Corporation. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 253(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-4 (JUL 2013) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and 52.212-5 (SEP 2013) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items and will be used in conjunction with FAR Part 13.
