The County of Chesterfield is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purpose of retrieving information on potential solutions for a software management and storage system for management of digital documents and video material, including storage, for the Chesterfield Circuit Court, General District Court and the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. The County has issued this RFI solely for the purpose of gathering information from the marketplace. This is not a solicitation to purchase goods or services, and no contract will be issued through this RFI. In the future, the County may or may not choose to issue a solicitation to contract for these or similar goods and services, and the County may or may not choose to incorporate information gathered through this RFI into possible future requirements.
