Provide Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1 with necessary digging services required to maintain the distribution system, install water services, and to provide other digging work as may be required by Waterworks in the exercise of its descretion as is necessary to maintain a potable water utility system. Anothr purpose of this contract is to provide Waterworks with mowing and grubbing services upon certain selected rights-of ways.
